I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its very neat and clean rooms and kind and helpful service. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to downtown Bay City and dining options. However, the noisy heat pump in the room was a bit bothersome, and the early morning street noise was disruptive.

The service here was top-notch, with staff showing true concern for all my needs. They were extremely pleasant throughout my stay, although they had to deal with an unpleasant incident involving a drunk guest accosting my wife.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were not only neat, clean, spacious, and comfortable but also offered a stunning view overlooking the Bay City Riverwalk. The service was exceptional, with a few minor hiccups at the front desk. The location was superb, providing easy access to both sides of the city and highways. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially for Hilton Honor's Gold members. Overall, a great value for the money.
